Sealed bids will be received electronically via www.pathcompanyplans.com OR physically delivered to Mississippi College at 200 S Capitol Street, Clinton, MS 39056 until 10:00 a.m. local standard time on Thursday, July 11, 2024, for the following project:
Mississippi College Controls ARPA Upgrades

The project focuses on HVAC controls upgrades at (7) buildings including (2) buildings at the main campus in Clinton, MS, and the entire law school in Jackson, MS. The controls project scope proposes comprehensive building controls upgrades at each building.
Sealed bids will be opened and read July 11, 2024, immediately following Bid Submission at the Maintenance Facility at Mississippi College located at 200 S Capitol Street, Clinton, MS 39056. Please refer to the campus map in the construction documents for the location of the Maintenance Facility.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Submit your offer on the Bid Form and attached additional required documentation outlined.
Bidders will be required to provide a Bid Bond of a sum of no less than 10% of the Bid Amount. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders to use at the bid site. This project is federally funded, and all contracts awarded pursuant to these procedures shall comply with the other applicable requirements contained in the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled at Mississippi College on July 1, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Contractors to meet at the Campus Operations Conference Room in the Maintenance Facility. A highly recommended site walk will take place at the conclusion of the pre-bid conference.
Bidders will walk the buildings associated with the main campus, then will travel to the Law School to complete the site walk.
