Sealed bids will be received electronically via www.pathcompanyplans.com OR physically delivered to Mississippi College at 200 S Capitol Street, Clinton, MS 39056 until 10:00 a.m. local standard time on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024, for the following project:
Mississippi College Mechanical ARPA Upgrades

The project focuses on HVAC upgrades consisting of mechanical equipment upgrades across campus and addressing a leak in the main chilled water line. The project scope proposes replacing (5) cooling towers, (1) water-cooled chiller, (1) steam boiler, and (2) rooftop units. Sealed bids will be opened and read July 2nd, immediately following Bid Submission at the Maintenance Facility at Mississippi College located at 200 S Capitol Street, Clinton, MS 39056. Please refer to the campus map in the construction documents for the location of the Maintenance Facility.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Submit your offer on the Bid Form and attached additional required documentation outlined. Bidders will be required to provide a Bid Bond of a sum of no less than 10% of the Bid Amount.
NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders to use at the bid site. This project is federally funded, and all contracts awarded pursuant to these procedures shall comply with the other applicable requirements contained in the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled at Mississippi College on June 19th, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Contractors to meet at the Campus Operations Conference Room in the Maintenace Facility. A highly recommended site walk will take place at the conclusion of the pre-bid conference.
