Sealed bids will be received electronically via www.pathcompanyplans.com OR physically delivered to Millsaps College at 1701 N State Street, Jackson, MS 39210 until 2:00 p.m. local standard time on February 9, 2024, for the following project:

Millsaps College ARPA Upgrades Project # 1302

The project focuses on HVAC upgrades consisting of the alteration of chilled water systems at three buildings by replacing or installing a new chiller and associated electrical infrastructure at Millsaps College including New South Dormitory, Academic Complex, and Murrah Hall.

Sealed bids will be opened and read February 9, 2024, immediately following Bid Submission at the Academic Complex Room 218 at Millsaps College located at 1701 N State Street, Jackson, MS 39210.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Submit your offer on the Bid Form and attached additional required documentation outlined. Millsaps College and Path Company reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Bidders will be required to provide a Bid Bond of a sum of no less than 10% of the Bid Amount. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders to use at the bid site.

A highly-recommended site walk will take place at Millsaps College on January 26th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. CST. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. prior to the site walk Contractors to meet at the Academic Complex in Room 218.
